• 23 January 1904, Oberbach: A page of a soldier's journal, undated but describing grass, is found in a Oberbach bookbinder's stock. It is seized. Among those questioned is a J. Wendl. Report.
• 1 February 1904, The Assembly Hall: The Annual War Appropriation for 1904, 2,458,137 marka, passes the Assembly 63 to 0, the first business of the session. Report.
• 2 March 1904, The Reed Line: Gregor Lamm of the Marsh Regiments is awarded the Star of the Wardens for holding the Third Stake alone for a night. Report.
• 19 June 1904, Victory Square: The 93rd Victory Day parade ends at Victory Square under clear skies. The War Ministry estimates the crowd at 36,000. The year's casualty roll is read. Report.
• 21 July 1904, The Ministry Quarter: Gustav Hauk is appointed Minister of War. Report.
• 5 September 1904, Marschau: The Marschau Conference opens its 45th session. Water is poured. The delegation of Hichistan is recorded as not present. Report.

• 20 November 1904, Vellmar: Marschau Garrison win the Pfahl League, their 14th title, with 13 wins from 14. Emil Wendl of Marschau Garrison is top scorer with 31 stakes. Report.
